Therapeutic - an integrative massage that incorporates a blend of massage techniques.

Deep tissue / Trigger Point - targeted work often used to address stubborn areas of tension. These techniques can be intense but will be adjusted to your specific level of tolerance. Elbows, fingers and knuckles are used to access the deeper layers of tissue to break up taut muscle fibers, improve blood flow and promote healing.

Ashiatsu ("Ashi" = Foot "Atsu" = Pressure) - the practitioner uses soft, warm bare feet to deliver massage strokes. Perfect for those wanting deeper pressure without the discomfort from pointy elbows, knuckles or thumbs.
